1. How do I start the registration process?
a. Call our office for questions, or use the website (www.hfpreschool.com)
2. What are the dates / deadlines for registration?
a. Current students or Siblings: Month of February, Starts 2/1/2024 and closing on 2/19/2024.

b. New Students: First Friday in March, 3/1/2024, beginning at 6:30am until slots are filled. While this is usually complete before 8am, registration remains open until noon since openings may arise.

3. When will I know if my child has been accepted?
a. We will contact you within 10 days, either by phone or email.
4. Is it “First come first serve”?
a. Yes, among other factors, the time-stamp has always been a weighted factor for this application.

5. What other factors are involved?
a. Relatives of former alumni.
b. Your exposure to the preschool.
c. Why do you wish to come to Holy Family?
6. What age?
a. The child’s age as of September 30th of the current year: ages 2, 3, and 4.
7. Once accepted, what is the deadline and cost for registration?
a. Having been accepted, there is additional documentation to be filled out and turned in, with the $250 registration fee for the first child and $200.00 for additional child, by a fixed deadline—usually within a week.
b. This is the confirmation that you plan to attend preschool for the upcoming year; or, if this deadline passes, your spot becomes available for the next person on the waiting list.

8. What is the cost of tuition?
a. For the first child… $300.00 Monthly Fee
b. If more than one child attends preschool, the second child’s tuition and fees are discounted by 10%.
c. Monthly tuition is due on the first of each month, with a “grace” period until the 10th. After the 10th, a late fee is imposed.

9. Are there any additional school fees, beyond the registration fee and monthly tuition?
a. Before and aftercare is offered at an additional fee.
b. Before Care is from 6:30am until 9:00 am
c. Aftercare is from 12:00 noon until 5:30 pm.
10. What is the additional cost of before-care and aftercare?
a. Before Care only $10.00 per day.
b. Aftercare only is $15.00 per day.
c. Before and Aftercare in the same day is $20.00 per day.
